Pouffe Sewing Pattern

CA$12.00

The long awaited pouffe sewing pattern is here!

This pattern makes a pouffe that is 13” tall and 17” in diameter. It has a zipper on the side for you to be able to continue stuffing it as the contents will compact and more space will be made. It is intended to be stuffed with textile waste that you would have otherwise thrown in the garbage, recycled, or donated for a lack of anything else to do with it. Things like sewing scraps, irreparable clothing, or unusable textiles like damaged bedding or linens. But you can stuff it with whatever you have.

When you purchase the pattern you have 24 hours to download the PDF file. After that time period has past, you will no longer have access and will have to purchase the pattern again.

Reducing textile waste has always been at the heart of B-Bot Clothing, which means the pouffe pattern incorporates a sustainable way to put textile waste to work.

The following pattern has a variety of templates to choose from, all of which take into consideration how much paper and ink you wish to use. Or, skip that step altogether and use the instructions straight from your computer screen–you can cut your pattern out with the measurements provided!

There are instructions on how to make a patchy pouffe and also suggestions on how best to fill it.

This pattern teaches how to sew in a lapped zipper, and is therefore suggested for ambitious beginners or intermediate sewists. It is very possible for beginner sewists to make, it just may be a bit more of a challenge.
